Important Login Information
Your username is equal to your mydlp username, except that all characters are lowercase. If your username was ABcdEF, your username is now abcdef. Chapter logins and colony logins are equal to your email address prefix, that is, everything before .chapter@dlp.org and .colony@dlp.org, like alpha, alphabeta, ucla, or cornell.
Stranded? Need to submit a password reset ticket and can’t?
If you cannot login with your Pythia Account and you also could not reset it using Crowd, then you won’t be able to submit a ticket in the traditional way. Instead, send an email to helpdesk at dlp dot org. Be sure to give us your full name and your username, and please send this email from the email account that you wish to have tied to your account. That way, if you forget your password again, you can reset it successfully without having to contact the National Office.
